Welcome to the Story Blog for Spann International LLC. We hope you’ll visit us regularly to read the inspiring stories of some very dedicated athletes and artists.

Our mission is to support the success of kids grades K-12, particularly those whose parents are on tight budgets with limited resources and are caught up with trying to overcome very challenging parent circumstances. The difficulties vary… for some parents it’s cancer and other debilitating physical conditions, for others it’s divorce, jobloss, relocating to a new state or country, small business owner revenue cycles, as well as a host of uniquely complicated adversities that can prevent parents from being able to afford beneficial programs for their kids. We are helping parents overtake the obstacle by bridging the gap to these valuable programs. Our objective is to help kids stay positive during challenging situations by involving them in sports and/or the arts to enable them to land safely on the other side. Mentoring is a big focus, and we support counseling.

Additionally we will be supporting sports and arts programs for foster children as well as older children hoping to be adopted.

One of the greatest concerns parents have when they are struggling to overcome hardships is worrying about their children’s well-being. Parents dream of seeing their children’s smiling faces each morning; they pray for their children’s happiness. It is our goal to make these dreams and prayers realities.

“…You must know that there is nothing higher and stronger and more wholesome and useful for life in after years than some good memory, especially a memory connected with [youth]. People talk to you a great deal about your education, but some fine, sacred memory preserved from [youth], is perhaps the best education. If we carry many such memories with us into life, we are safe until the end of our days, and if we have only one good memory left in our hearts, even that may sometimes be the means of saving us.”
~Fyodor Dostoyevsky, 1880
